Elevate your practice with the Yoga Bliss Bundles from Expressions 4 U Yoga + Wellness. These personalized sessions focus on the physical aspects of yoga, helping you achieve proper alignment, build strength, and enhance flexibility. Each session is designed to cater to your unique body and goals, whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your practice. What to Expect: Alignment-Focused Instruction: We prioritize safe, proper alignment in each pose to prevent injury and maximize the benefits of your practice. Strength & Flexibility: Build muscle tone and improve flexibility through a series of customized asanas (yoga postures). Breathwork Integration: Learn breathing techniques that support your physical practice and help calm the mind. Mindful Movement: Each session encourages mindful movement, allowing you to connect more deeply with your body and enhance your awareness. Whether in-person or online, our Yoga Bliss Bundles offer a structured approach to yoga that promotes physical well-being while also supporting mental clarity. Unlike the Empowered Pathways Coaching, which emphasizes holistic healing, these sessions focus on the physical foundations—strength, balance, and alignment—giving you the tools to continue your practice with confidence. By the end of the program, you’ll leave feeling strong, centered, and ready to take your yoga journey to the next level.
Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully! Please note that if we are traveling to you, there will be an additional charge of $50 for your service! If you cannot make a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. **Massage clients** - You must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, or you will be charged a late cancellation/no call -no show fee of $50 UNLESS YOU REBOOK WITHIN A 7day timeframe, any appointments later than 15mins will automatically be CANCELED!! Additionally, please check your email, you will receive an intake form immediately upon booking. **Rescheduling** If a single service is rescheduled twice, a third reschedule will result in an automatic cancellation or pay in full to keep our schedule efficient and fair for all clients. **Group sessions** - NON-Refundable & NON-Transferable! **Memberships*** Can be cancelled at any time! Memberships are NON-Transferable to other participants they are for members only **1 on 1 clients** You must cancel at least 24 hours before your sessions, or you will be charged a $ 50 late cancellation fee. **Corporate/Organizational Wellness** NON-REFUNDABLE Please call to discuss possible makeup date.
